ADCOTO is a boutique hotel marketing consultancy led by Rachel Watroba, specializing in interim, ad-hoc, and project-based marketing support for luxury hotels and resorts.

Armed with a public relations degree (and an ex-journalism major), a love of hotels and reading, and an incurable obsession with connecting trends and writing about them, Rachel brings a sharp editorial eye to hotel marketing strategy. She has over 15 years of hospitality experience, starting at Caesars Palace and eventually leading marketing efforts for iconic properties like MGM Grand Detroit, Arizona Biltmore, and Grand Wailea Maui—two of Hilton’s flagship luxury resorts. Her specialty is stepping in during times of transition, opening, or leadership turnover, keeping strategy grounded while moving projects forward.

Based in Commerce, Michigan, Rachel partners remotely with hotel teams across the country. When she’s not deep in brand strategy or campaign copy, you’ll find her writing, going on adventures (or freezing in a hockey rink) with her three kids, golfing with her husband, or cuddling with her golden retriever, Brownie.
