The role involved managing all aspects of the rebrand while ensuring the hotel maintained visibility and momentum during a critical changeover period.

In 2024, Boston Park Plaza, a nearly 100-year-old landmark in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, transitioned from an independently run hotel to Hilton Boston Park Plaza. Rachel joined the Hilton corporate opening team to support the brand transition and remained as Interim Marketing Leader for six months while the property recruited a permanent candidate.
