Hotel Marketing Resources

From specialized agencies to essential tools, below are some of the tools, agencies, and resources I’ve either personally worked with or who have been recommended to me. I regularly feature hotels with new agencies of records in my weekly newsletter, The Hotel Marketing 5.15.

General Resources

From project management tools to creative platforms, these are some of the tools I regularly utilize with my hotel task force clients

Upbase is a project management tool similar to ClickUp. It allows for task management/checklists, google doc embeds, links, general docs, and knowledge management (passwords, SOPs, links to all the generally used client websites, etc). There is also an option for internal chats and daily notepads/calendar management. I utilize a combination of Upbase, Notion, and MS Teams in my daily workflow.

Beehiiv is the platform I use to publish The Hotel Marketing 5.15, my weekly newsletter. I’ve worked with a range of email systems over the years—Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo—and Beehiiv stands out for its deliverability, ease of use, and built-in growth features. It’s been the most effective platform I’ve used to date.
